Emperious Fredia

She might not look like a emperious but this is Emperious Fredia from the Samurai Pizza Cats.In other words this is Princess Vi's ( aka Voilet)mommy. She only appeared in 2 ep.s She is always on the move traveling to different countries.She wants to learn new cultures and shop... we'll.. [XD] learn new culture where there is good shopping anyway. When she comes back home she brings everyone gifts.( isn't she giving)Also she is very Athletic on the first ep. she appeared she threw Speedy down the block to get them some ice cream. ^^ I have to say a big wow on that. Only thing I forgot on her is her back pack that is also a jet pack.
